Duette blinds with side channels and smartcords are perfect for childrens bedrooms, or any bedroom where you are looking for nearly full darkness. If you are looking to make an existing window treatment darker it can be possible to retro fit duette blinds with side channels behind the existing curtains or blinds depending on the shape and depth of the window recesses

there is some reflected light from the inside of the side channels, much more noticeable on these white channels than the darker ones in the first set of photographs. Having discussed it with the client I have some fibre brush on order to see if installing a strip inside the channel behind the blind will help. Possibly more photos to be posted on this one
