I took this photo half way through an installation to try and demonstrate how much extra light there can be with 50mm white slats rather than 25mm wood stain. Our client purchased this apartment in Swiss Cottage, North London already fitted out with poor quality 25mm wooden blinds (note the wooden twizzle sticks) To really appreciate the difference we noticed during the install look at the whiteness of the ceiling, there is so much more light on the side with white blinds
